An ebook you purchase from TheWinningLeap.com is eligible for return if we receive your request within 3 days of the date of purchase, and you have read less than 10 percent of the book. We will process a full refund to the medium you paid for the eBook within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
Abuse
These rules are only designed to prevent abuse, which sometimes happens. We are reasonable and are keen to help reasonable people who act reasonably.
We monitor returns and refund requests to prevent abuse. The ability to buy more ebooks from TheWinningLeap.com will be withdrawn if, in our sole judgment, we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is abusing the system.
When we process a refund for an ebook, we’ll disable your access to the ebook (delete it from your online bookshelf).
Re-Downloading
If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during normal use, you can re-download it from TheWinningLeap.com.
If you find it difficult to download, email us your payment receipt at support@thewinningleap.com along with a request to send you a copy of the book, and we will process your request ASAP.
